Why election system delaying CA polls?

All the parties and the public have the same goal of CA Polls but why is the election system causing this delay? Jestha 2064, then Ashad 2064 then again Mangsir 2064 and then again postponed to an unannounced date till now. Is this in any ways practical and logical?

Well i feel that it would have been much better if the CA polls was wrapped up in Jestha. If we had a set of fixed constitution then i guess it would have been lot easier to solve the political, social problems that keep on popping out every day.
Now look at the scenario, the interim constitution is being manipulated everyday just like a piece of literary writing being handled by dissatisfied writer. Anyways its never good standing still and sobbing looking at the past. I am optimistic that the election will be held soon and we'll see some stability and peace coming back in our beloved country.
