Prachanda, the first President?

Well Maoists are out in field with their slogan: Lal Salam to Prachanda, First President of Nepal. But will people also feel same?

People are concerned about CA Elections because they hope this will restructure existing power structure, bring development and peace. And the maoists slogan shows they are power centric than people centric. But the question remains, will he be the first president?

Actually today morning i met some maosit cadres who were in my area for election campaign. Instead of putting forward their plans and strategies after election: they were asking us to vote for them to make Prachanda, the President. It's so rediculous. They were wearing t-shirts with prachanda's picture in back side as First President. I don't know what they are looking for.

Lets leave it to the polls

I thought that the polls were being carreied out to draft a new constitution Embarassed that will decide about many things including the power of the president and or the prime minister. About him being the first president well the party which cant even follow the norms of the election (not even rubbing the wall writing till now) how will he become the president other thing are for your to explore your imagination.

I can believe why the maoists, who claim that they have entered the political mainstream bringing the demand of the people, is showing this type of arrogance at this crucial juncture of political change in the country. On behalf of all the peace loving and inarrogant people, I would like to ask them to stop these act immediately.
