Why Girija decided not to Stand in Election?

Incumbent Prime Minister and Congress President Girija Prashad Koirala is not standing in FTFP (First-past-and- the-post (FPTP) system. Instead his name is on the first number of propotional list. But the question remained why didn't he chose to stand up? Do you think any good reasons? Have you SAY.
