Which is a better election system?

What do you have to say about the best election system for Nepal?
Should we wait some more years to get the exact population details and go for the Proportional representation System or is the currently promoted Mixed system is better or there is any other system that can solve the current crisis? Have your say.

I think, mixed election system is better for now. We cannot fully dependent on 6 years back census for fully proportional methodology. Going to fully proportional method means not respecting individual's right to contest and choose his/her representative.
So i guess, mixed is better for us.
